There is also a mandatory checkpoint at the flat color phase, if any rendering above flat color is necessary. This is to make sure the colors are correct. Minor changes to the pose and figure and major changes to the colors are allowed at this point.I will not continue with a commissioned artwork until these checkpoints have received confirmation; However, lack of response will not cause your commission to cancel, simply be put on hold until a response is given.

Please include in your initial message:
- Your preferred name
- Your Character's name and physical description
- Paypal Email for Invoice, or inform me if you choose another payment option
- Which Type of commission you're ordering (Simple pose, Meme redraw, etc)
- Any additionals - Do you want a full render? Will there be a background? Am I drawing a bust, or their full figure?
(Please Note that if you don't specify an add-on, I will not do it; I am not a mind reader!!)
- Content details - What are they doing? Where are they? What's the vibe? Are they wearing anything special or different than the reference material?
- AT LEAST ONE (1) visual reference, but preferably 2-3. This can be a full ref sheet, previous commission, Pinterest board, Minecraft skin, or even just a doodle - just something to help me understand what they look like.

Terms of Service

Wills and Won'ts!

I will draw:
- Furries and scalies, both anthro and feral
- OCs, Fanart, and Ship art
- D&D, Daggerheart, Pathfinder, or any other TTRPG PC/NPC
- Horror and gore
- DSFW (Dubious safe for work; non-sexual nudity or clothed sexual themes)
- a VARIETY of body types (muscular, chubby, fat, beanpole, whatever!)I will not draw:
- NSFW, kink, or Fetish art
- Mechs or Detailed armor (unless simplified)
- "In the style of;" no sonic or disney styles. All of my work is in my own style.
- No bigoted themes, including racism, sexism, or homobhobia of any kind.

By commissioning me, you agree to the following:I, as the artist:

  • Maintain full rights to my artwork

  • Maintain the rights to post my work in any form

  • Maintain the right to post commissions to my social media for any reason, unless specifically requested not to.

  • Maintain the right to turn down any commission for any reason.

  • Maintain the right to post WIPs of the commission and/or stream/upload videos of the process, unless specifically requested not to.

  • DO NOT claim the rights of the subjects I am commissioned to draw.

  • WILL NOT sell your OCs in any capacity, but I MAY use your commission as marketing, and I MAY use your commission of fanart as merchandise.

You, as the client:

  • Must credit '&Adven' or 'andAdven' as the artist of the commissioned piece, and link or tag at least one of my social medias, including but not limited to this Carrd, linktree, tumblr, Instagram, DeviantArt, and/or Bluesky.

  • Are free to use the commissioned piece for personal use ONLY, unless a commercial liscence is paid for.

  • Will provide ideally 2-3 visual references of any OC character, but at least one, as well as a basic physical description.

  • MAY NOT set a deadline

  • MAY NOT re-sell my art at any stage for any reason.

  • MAY NOT use commission as non-fungible tokens (NFTs) or for AI purposes.

All commissions are digital products, and no physical item will be sent or mailed.
Inquiries are to be sent through Discord or Email.
Listed prices are the base prices. Price may increase at my discretion depending on additional details and complexity.

Workflow and Revisions

- Commission begins once payment is received.
- Your commission will not be considered in the queue until payment is received.Details specific to each commission type will be listed in the full menu for that commission.- There are a number of mandatory check-ins that take place at certain points of the process. The commission will not move forward without response to such check-ins, but your commission will not be cancelled due to a lack of response.
- You may ask for an update at any time in the process, and may ask for a watermarked update photo to check on progress.
- If you would like to request a change outside of the standard alterations allowed, you may be subject to a fee at my discretion. The alteration will not be implemented until the fee is paid in full.
- It is preferred, but not mandatory, that when posting my art publicly (on social medias, large discord servers, etc) you use the watermarked version with the translucent lattice. This is to prevent theft of my art.Progress is tracked on my Trello board.

Payment

- Payment will be paid via Paypal Invoice, Paypal direct transfer, or Ko-fi donation.
If given the option, please mark your payment as a Business Transaction.
- Progress will not start until balance is paid in full OR An agreement for a payment plan is put in place.
- Payment must be completed by client - no third parties allowed.
- Payment may not be made in gift cards, in-game currency, game keys, or any other alternative method.
- Payment must be completed within 7 days or commission will be considered cancelled.Refunds and cancellation
- Client may cancel the commission at no charge if they have not paid the invoice.
- A 50% refund is available at any point before sketch approval.
- After sketch approval, cancellation is available at no additional cost, but a refund is no longer available.
- In the event I find it necessary to cancel the commission, a full refund will be issued if before sketch approval, and a 50% refund will be issued if after sketch approval.

By commissioning me, you agree you have fully read, understood, and agree to the terms listed above.
